The following cases were heard at Worcester Magistrates Court and Kidderminster Magistrates Court recently.
SHANE STANDEN, of Tanhouse Lane, Malvern, is accused of robbery.
The prosecution alleges on September 8 last year at the Co-Op in Upper Hoswell Road, Standen robbed a victim of a bottle of whiskey.
The 37-year-old gave no indication of his plea during his court appearance.
Standen, who was given unconditional bail, was told to attend Worcester Crown Court on December 19 for the next hearing of the case.
SAM NORMAN, of Hollyblue Close, Drakes Broughton, admitted fraud by false representation, burglary other than dwelling - theft, driving whilst disqualified, having no insurance and receiving stolen goods.
The offences were committed by the 35-year-old between September 15 and 20 in Pershore and Inkberrow.
The burglary took place at the Coach and Horses pub in Main Street, Pinvin.
Norman was jailed for 52 weeks and given a three-year restraining order preventing him from entering the pub and the areas he committed the other offences.
Norman was also given a three-year driving ban.
GEMMA DENT, of Lodge Park Drive, Evesham, admitted driving whilst disqualified and having no insurance.
The 40-year-old committed both offences on May 29 - Dent being caught after driving a Citroen C3 in Birmingham Road, Redditch, while disqualified.
Dent was fined £120 and given six penalty points.
She was ordered to pay costs of £135 and victim surcharge of £47.
An offer to pay the total, £302, at a rate of £10 per fortnight was accepted by magistrates.
ADAM CURNOCK, of Ronkswood Hill, Worcester, was convicted after trial of assault by beating.
The 30-year-old committed the offence on November 6 in Worcester.
Curnock was fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £500 and £72 victim surcharge.
ZAFAR HUSSAIN, of Cole Hill, Worcester, was convicted after trial of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment, alarm, distress.
The 43-year-old committed the offence in Worcester on February 4.
Hussain was fined £330 and told to pay costs of £620, victim surcharge of £132.
The defendant was given a three-year restraining order not to contact the victim.
