A DRIVER is facing a charge of using his mobile phone while driving coming off the M5 near Worcester.
David Bennett of Larkspur Road, Worcester, is due at Worcester Magistrates Court on December 1 for using a handheld mobile phone while driving.
The incident is alleged to have happened at Whittington near junction 7 of the M5 on Friday, May 5 when Bennett, 30, was behind the wheel of an Audi A4.
The case is one of a number being dealt with on the day under the single justice procedure.
