A PORSCHE driver has been caught speeding by a camera on a major road near Worcester.
Peter Ebbutt was clocked speeding on the A449 at Crossway Green, near Ombersley by an automatic camera.
Ebbutt of Hampton Lane, Solihull, is due to appear before magistrates in Worcester on December 1.
The hearing will be to discuss a disqualification notice and the 53-year-old has been excused from attendance.
The charge states that the defendant was on the A449 Southbound Crossway Green at Ombersley travelling at a speed exceeding 50mph.
The matter is being dealt with via the single justice procedure with a guilty plea entered on November 3.
