A BUSY road in the city centre will be closed tonight.
Sansome Walk is set to close from 10pm tonight (Wednesday) to allow scaffolding to be offloaded by Network Rail.
Pierpoint Street will also be closed as a result.
The road is set to be open at 4am.
A spokesperson for Worcestershire Highways said: "Network Rail will be closing A38 Sansome Walk, Worcester, tonight between 10pm and 4am to allow scaffolding to be offloaded near the railway bridge.
"Pierpoint Street will also be closed as a result.
"Diversion will be in place via Castle Street, Dolday and The Butts."
