A 15-year-old boy has been banned from McDonald's after a spate of antisocial behaviour involving a a large gang of youths.
Stefan Todorov has been banned from McDonald's in The Foregate, near The Cross in Worcester and also from Crowngate and Starbucks in the city as part of a series of restrictions to stop his bad behaviour.
The 12-month criminal behaviour order (CBO) was granted on Monday against the 15-year-old from Malvern.
Inspector David Wise of West Mercia Police said: "Todorov has been involved in persistent ASB and criminality in the Malvern Link area (predominantly) and Worcester city centre.
"He is part of a wider group who collectively have caused significant harm to the community over the last 12-18 months."
The order prohibits Todorov from associating in any public place with eight named individuals (associate group of youths).
He is not allowed to enter Malvern Link as defined in the map provided which includes the Co-op, Worcester Road, its foyer and car park and Malvern retail park.
Todorov must not enter McDonalds, The Cross, Worcester or loiter outside the premises or be on the pavement that runs adjacent to the premises; entering Starbucks, The Cross, Worcester or loiter outside.
He is further banned from entering the Crowngate Shopping Centres, as defined in another map and travelling on a train in Worcestershire, unless in company with a parent or guardian.
The ban also prohibits him from throwing objects at vehicles or property, wearing a face covering such as a balaclava or scarf (covering face) in any public place, making threats towards others via any means, including via social media and refusing to leave a premises or area when asked by someone who has authority to do so.
