TEMPERATURES are beginning to drop in Worcester - but are we going to see snow in November?

Worcester has seen flurries of snow in November previously - though this year the news has mainly been dominated by storms bringing wind and rain.

But there is a chance - albeit a very slim chance - that the city may see snowfall later this month.

According to The Weather Outlook website there are three days in November when we have a slight possibility of snow.

When will it snow in Worcester?

There is a possibility of snow in Worcester from Friday, November 24 to Sunday, November 26.

However, the chances are very small with only a 9 per cent chance on the Friday and Sunday.

There is a slightly better chance on the Saturday when The Weather Outlook website predicts a 12 per cent chance of snow.

The website explains that it combines data from different computer models to generate the snow forecast percentage.

There is another caveat - though snow may fall on these dates in November, it does not mean it will accumulate so there may be no need to dust off the sledge just yet.

Weather in Worcester today
