THE investigation into a restaurant's alleged large "inconsiderate" fireworks parties has been closed.
La Nasu, in Tolladine Road, had been accused of breaching its licence by residents who said they were hosting noisy parties "every week".
Many also went as far as to say the venue had breached its licence and were regularly letting off fireworks late at night.
The complaints led Worcester City Council to launch a formal investigation on the premises.
Worcestershire Regulatory Services monitored the restaurant's noise levels following the license holder and business owner's submission of an action plan.
The investigation found that there had been no further incidents or complaints, so the case against the restaurant has now been officially closed.
A spokesperson for Worcester City Council said: "Worcestershire Regulatory Services monitored noise levels from this premises following the submission of an action plan by the licence holder and business owner.
"With no further incidents or complaints having been observed or received, the matter has been closed."
Bosses at La Nasu declined to comment.
