A TOP Michelin-star restaurant has decided to extend its stay in Evesham.
Carters of Moseley, one of the top restaurants in Birmingham, had initially opened in Offenham until November 5.
However, "insanely positive feedback" has led directors to decide to extend their stay at Westlands until Sunday, December 31.
The venue will be transformed into a winter wonderland with geese, firepits, drams, and snow.
Brad Carter said: “The feedback we’ve had since launching the pop-up at Westlands has been insanely positive!
"We’re super excited to keep our doors open into the festive season.
"2024 is going to be a big year for the team, so we are made up to see the year in together in true Carter style.”
Reservations are now live from November 8 to December 31.
Mr Carter and his colleague and Holly have launched a new seasonal menu with a Westland's twist by turning the glasshouse into a winter wonderland.
Carters will be serving their festive Lunch menu from 12pm to 1.30pm on Saturdays and new Dinner menu from Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm every week from November 29 to December 31, 2023.
It will also host a New Year's Eve Dinner on Sunday, December 31, from 5pm.
Carters at Westlands UK will also host a special event with Lap-fai Lee on Sunday, December 10, with details and menus to be announced.
Westlands UK is a family-owned, multi-generational business headed by Managing Director Will Boers.
Previously, Mr Will Boers said: "We're so proud to welcome the highly-regarded Carters of Moseley on-site here at Westlands UK.
"Brad and I have worked closely together for a number of years and feel this collaboration is an epic match; combining sustainably-grown produce with talented chefs in an inspiring setting can only result in amazing, innovative dishes."
Carters is still yet to announce where their permanent location will be.
