A POWER cut is affecting homes and businesses in two areas of Worcester this morning (Friday).
Properties in the WR8 and WR10 postcodes as well as surrounding areas have been left with no electricity.
WR8 covers Upton upon Severn, Hanley Swan and Hanley Castle while WR10 covers Pershore, Drakes Broughton, Pinvin, Eckington and Cropthorne.
A spokesperson for National Grid said: "There is currently a power cut in Worcester WR8, WR10 and surrounding areas.
"We are working on the issue and we estimate to have the power restored by 10am."
