A Worcester man has been given a suspended prison sentence after stealing from TK Maxx.
Justin Wynn, of Astwood Road, stole fragrances worth £300 from the Worcester branch of the high street store on October 17.
He stole £45 worth of fragrances from the same shop on October 18 and £120 worth of fragrances on October 19.
The 44-year-old admitted the offences at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Friday, November 3.
Wynn was given three eight-week prison sentences, which would run concurrently, suspended for 12 months.
He was also told to pay compensation of £100.
Magistrates said Wynn was given a prison sentence because of his failure to comply with the requirements of post-custodial sentence supervision and because “the defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders”.
