THE following cases were held at Worcester Magistrates Court.
STEPHEN POCOCK, of Broad Street, Worcester, admitted theft.
The 38-year-old stole a handbag from the victim in Worcester on September 25.
Pocock was fined £120 and ordered to pay £185 costs.
SHANE PERRY, of Milward Close, Worcester, admitted theft from a shop and making off without making payment.
The court heard Perry stole £30 of vape pens from Henwick Road Service Station on August 30.
And, on September 1, Perry dishonestly made off without having paid £148.74 for food and drink at Hickorys Smoke House.
Perry was ordered to pay £74.37 compensation to Hickory's and £15 to the service station.
He was fined £240 and ordered to pay £135 costs, £96 victim surcharge.
KELLY Botham, of Ombersley Street West, Droitwich and formerly of Avon Road, Worcester, admitted theft from a shop.
The court heard the 41-year-old stole £335.90 of clothes from New Look on October 7.
Botham was given a 12-month community order requiring she complete 40 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Botham was fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £185 and victim surcharge of £114.
CATHERINE WYTON, of Lidsgreen Avenue, Droitwich, admitted drink driving.
The 38-year-old was caught drink driving a Volkswagon Golf on Comberton Road, Kidderminster, on March 30.
The evidential sample Wyton gave was 160 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, the legal limit being 80 milligrammes.
Wyton was disqualified from driving for 40 months, which will be reduced by 40 weeks if she completes a drink drive awareness course.
Wyton was fined £120 and told to pay £135 costs, £48 victim surcharge.
DYLAN STEPHENS, of Sheepscombe Drive, Worcester, and Matthew Stephens, of Goldsmith Road, Worcester, both deny assault by beating of an emergency worker.
The prosecution alleges Dylan Stephens, 20, and Matthew Stephens, 36, both assaulted PC Oliver on October 18 this year.
The pair originally entered not guilty pleas in July.
Both, who were given unconditional bail, were told to attend their expected three-hour trial on February 26.
CRAIG WALKER, of Holloway, Droitwich Spa, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B, cannabis.
Walker was caught with the cannabis on April 17 last year.
The 51-year-old will be sentenced at Worcester Magistrates Court on November 23.
