AN iconic performance from a Worcestershire pop star has been doing the rounds on social media with fans hailing it as 'one of the best X Factor performances ever'.
Cher Lloyd appeared on the X Factor in 2010 coming fourth behind Matt Cardle, Rebecca Ferguson and One Direction.
The 30-year-old's career skyrocketed after her appearance on the show, the Swagger Jagger singer even enjoying global fame.
During week four, a Halloween-themed week, the Malvern-born star performed "Stay" - the classic Shakespeare's Sister song which topped the UK single charts for eight weeks in 1992.
The dramatic performance from Cher, who was wearing a black dress, has gone down in reality show history as one of the best performances and iconic moments.
The performance often gets shared this time of year and has again been getting talked about across social media.
The popular Super TV X/Twitter account shared a clip of the performance writing: "Sure Halloween weekend on Strictly is fun but it'll never be Halloween weekend on XFactor when Cher performed".

Deanne Gray's Whatever Tiktok account, followed by 5,000 followers, also posted the performance informing fans the original was number for ages.
And Martyn Dore wrote to his 14,000 followers that it was song and performance that reminded him most of Halloween.
The singer and rapper attended the Chase School and Dyson Perrins CE Academy before going on to become a superstar almost overnight at the age of 16.
