A 31-YEAR-OLD man has admitted criminal damage but denies common assault.
Dene Davies, of Cranham Drive, admitted criminal damage when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court for the latest hearing of his case on Thursday, (October 26).
Davies caused £163 of damage to the victim's Renault Scenic in Worcester on May 6.
Davies denies an offence of common assault. The prosecution alleges that offence took place in Worcester on May 6, the alleged victim being a woman.
Davies also denies an offence of sending by public communication network an offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message/matter.
The prosecution alleges that offence took place in Worcester on May 3.
Mark Hambling, prosecuting, said the trial would be expected to last around two hours.

Deputy District Judge Peter Hayes told Davies to attend his trial on February 12.
Davies, who was given conditional bail, was warned by the judge he must attend his trial otherwise he risked it going ahead in his absence and a warrant could be issued for his arrest.
