A 21-year-old man has been charged with drink driving following a crash in Worcester last night.
Police were called to Lansdowne Walk in Rainbow Hill at 9.15pm yesterday (Wednesday, October 25) after a crash involving one vehicle.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “Mark Watkiss, 21, of Salamanca Drive in Norton has been charged with drink driving.
“He has been bailed to appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on November 9, 2023.”
According to an eyewitness, the road was closed for an hour-and-a-half following the crash.
