RIVER Severn water levels have nearly reached the foot of a busy city centre car park.
Footage taken from Copenhagen Street car park shows the extent of the flooding caused by Storm Babet in the city.
Earlier today, Worcester City Council warned that five of its car parks (Pitchcroft, Croft Road, Cattlemarket, Newport Street and Tybridge Street) have all been affected by the flooding brought on by Storm Babet.

Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service have released a statement ear lier today about the flooding across the county.
A spokesperson said: "We are experiencing intense flooding in the area of Hereford and Worcestershire.
"We advise you to not drive through any flood water or road closure signs."
West Mercia Police also published a safety appeal for those driving in today's weather conditions.
A spokesperson said: "With rain appearing to ease off today, there is still localised flooding across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire.
"Please extra care travelling and do not attempt to cross flood water on foot or by vehicle."
