AN OVERNIGHT motorway closure has been cancelled due to the poor weather forecast for tonight.
The M42 is set to close between junctions five (Copt Hill Interchange) and six (Bickenhill Interchange), between Tuesday, October 17 and Wednesday, October 18.
Tonight's closure between 10pm and 5am has now been cancelled
The work was a continuation of overhead gantry removal and replacement.

The existing partial lane one closure on the M42 southbound junction six exit slip road will remain in place.
National Highways has apologised in advance for any inconvenience and has said it will be rescheduling the closure.
