A SECTION OF the M42 will be closed overnight from tomorrow.
There will be a closure in both directions of the motorway between junctions five (Copt Hill Interchange) and six (Bickenhill Interchange), between Tuesday, October 17 and Wednesday, October 18.
The closure will be in place between 10pm and 5am on both days, for continued work to remove and replace overhead gantries.

When the carriageways are closed, National Highways said there will be a clearly signed diversion route which has been agreed with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
National Highways also apologised for the inconvenience caused by the roadworks and said the team will make every effort to manage noise levels carefully and minimise disruption to the local area.
