Award-winning Peter Cook, who is known for supplying The Beefy Boys with buns for their coveted burgers has now launched a new venture.
The Real Bread Campaign supporter has already won Britain's Best Loaf (2020) and the BIA Baker of the Year (2022).

Mr Cook, 57, said: "People love it and are coming back again. There has been a lot of interest.
"You have got the national burger champions collaborating with 'Britain's Best Baker'. These are award-winning flavours."
He said: "You will be blown away with the explosion of flavour as every ingredient has been carefully selected.
"This ultimate Reuben sandwich is also great for a healthy gut with fermented ingredients."
The relationship with The Beefy Boys is a long-standing one and Peter Cooks Bread is has been a supplier for the bread for their burgers and also their muffins and milk loaf for breakfasts.
Peter Cooks Bread intends to do a revolving range but the Reuben with The Beefy Boys pastrami may be staying due to the positive reception from customers so far.
"We always use, where we can, local ingredients. This is a classic sandwich combination," he said.
He is exploring the possibility of having the sandwiches sold at other shops but, at the moment, they are only available at the shop in The Hopmarket.
"We are on the edge of moving into another bakery three times the size of our current one. The shop is staying where it is in Worcester," he said.
The bakery, which also has site in Bishop's Frome, is well known for its long-fermentation and sourdough loaves, as well as a delicious range of pastries, including the famous Cruffin. They are now poised to move to a new bakery near Bromyard.
The Beefy Boys are world burger championship finalists and winners of the National Burger Awards.
