Halloween is fast approaching and there are plenty of places to go pumpkin picking in Worcestershire this October.
It is a great family day out and the fun continues when you go home and enjoy the tradition of carving a face into your pumpkin.
Here are some of the pumpkin patches you can go to in Worcestershire this year:
Clive’s Fruit Farm
Where: Clive's Fruit Farm, Upton Upon Severn
Clive’s Fruit Farm pride themselves on giving you the opportunity to pick your own produce.
With no bookings required this is the ideal place to go this Halloween.
The pumpkins are already available so head there now to collect your pumpkin.
The field is open six days a week between 10am and 4pm but closed on Mondays.
Little Owl Farm Park
Where: Owlhill Lane, Dunhampton, Worcester
Little Owl Farm Park is ideal for those with young children.
There are a variety of events available, with tickets available for a pumpkin picking weekend either this weekend (Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th October) or the following weekend (Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd October).
An adult weekend ticket is £11.95 while a child’s ticket is £11.50, with babies under a year old getting in free.
There are also other Halloween-themed days taking place at Little Farm Park with a new ‘Pumpkin Tots Friday’ aimed at pre-school aged children on Friday, October 27.
Tickets for this event are £10.95 and £10.50 for children.
They are also offering pumpkin picking over October half term.
The Great Worcester Maize Maze
Where: Upton Rd, Powick, Worcester WR2 4QZ
The Great Worcester Maize Maze is offering free entry to pick your own pumpkins this October.
They are open on weekends between 10am to 5pm and on weekday afternoons between 3pm to 6pm during October 2023.
Cob House Country Park
Where: Wichenford, Worcester WR6 6YE
Cob House Country Park's pumpkin picking is back for a third year.
If you’re looking for somewhere a bit cheaper this could be the ideal place.
The patch opens on the Saturday, October 21 and is offering giant, blue, white pumpkins.
It will cost you just £1 to enter with pumpkin prices starting from £1.50.
