SEVERAL drivers have been stopped while police performed speed checks in Warndon Villages.
Officers revealed they were acting on concerns from residents about speeding drivers while carrying out the checks today (Wednesday).
The checks have been carried out by the Warndon Safer Neighbourhood Team in Dugdale Drive, Hastings Drive and Plantation Drive.
A spokesperson for Warndon Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "Following complaints from local residents, Warndon SNT have been on Dugdale, Hastings and Plantation dive today conducting speed checks. Several vehicles stopped and drivers dealt with appropriately."
