WORCESTERSHIRE is set for unseasonal temperatures reaching as high as 23C this week as the Indian summer arrives in October.
There is rain forecast and a high of 18C forecast for Worcester today, but it looks set to be dry for the rest of the week with temperatures rising.
Tuesday through to Friday temperatures are expected to be around 18C, 19C on Friday.
But the real good news is next weekend is looking glorious. The early forecast is for temperatures at around 23C on both Saturday and Sunday.
The average temperature for the UK is typically around 13C in October - and the early long-range forecast for the county is showing it will still be above that at around 18C in the middle of the month.
