Trent Smith, owner of TSC Centre, said staff have been working tirelessly to get the new facility ready to open this weekend.
He said: "We got the keys last week and we have been working nonstop to make this dream a reality.
"I think I finished at about 1.30am on Friday which just shows the work that has gone into this place.
"It is incredible what we have been able to achieve and I am incredibly proud of the team and the amazing support network we have around us."
The 3,500-square-foot facility has changing facilities, toilets, showers, and an area which will be serving hot drinks.
Mr Smith said the move to a new facility will allow him and his team to help more people in Worcester with their fitness goals.
He said: " Our motto is, building bodies, helping minds and changing lives, and we want to stick to that by offering an unrivalled coaching plan backed by tried and tested systems.
"In just two and a half years we have been able to facilitate this move and we have raised over £10,000 for charity with various events.
"It is a huge moment for me and I am so happy with how things have gone. The work we do at the gym allows people to release their inner champions."
