A MOTORWAY chase led to police seizing a car stolen in a burglary.
West Mercia Police said the chase on the M5 on Friday, (September 15), could have been dangerous so they used tactics to stop the vehicle.
Sharing a picture on social media of the vehicle a spokesperson said: " We intercepted this cloned (Volkswagen) Tiguan travelling down the M5.
"It was stopped using tactics in Worcester to prevent a potentially dangerous pursuit.

"It turned out the vehicle had been stolen in a burglary in Worcester just over two weeks ago.
"Two occupants were detained and two fled on foot into nearby gardens."
The spokesperson added police dogs were used to find one of those who had got away near to the scene.
"The driver also failed a drug swipe for both cannabis and cocaine - enquiries are ongoing," the spokesperson added.
