A celebration of street, graffiti and mural artists is taking place in Worcester this weekend.
Worcester Paint Festival will see colourful new works created at 16 different locations across the city.
Artists taking part include Inkie, Peachzz, Hazard One, Carl Stimpson from Kidderminster, Worcester’s own Luke Passey, Stourbridge-based Annatomix and Title from Birmingham.
The festival also coincides with the launch of Paint the Streets, a new exhibition at Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum, which runs until Saturday, January 6.
The exhibition celebrates the story of graffiti and street art, exploring the work of pivotal artists such as Banksy, Goldie, Basquiat, Haring and Shepard.
Visitors will get the rare opportunity to see original work from the 80s and learn about Worcester’s own graffiti history.
