A MAN has died on a boat in Diglis Marina.

Officers found one man in his 50s dead - his death is not thought to be suspicious.

Police, firefighters and ambulance crews were called to Diglis Docks early this morning (September 12).

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to an incident on a boat at Diglis Basin Marina on Diglis Road in All Saints, Worcester just after 8am.

"Two ambulances, two paramedic officers and the Trust’s Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) were sent to the scene where, on arrival, crews found a male patient.

"Sadly, it quickly became clear that nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed dead at the scene."
