A DRIVER in a car with tinted windows 'opened up a can of worms' when police discovered he did not have a full licence and no valid insurance.
The car was stopped in Lowesmoor by the Operations Patrol Unit in Worcestershire. The tinted windows opened a 'can of worms' for the city driver after checks revealed they were also driving without a full licence (driving on a provisional) and uninsured.
