A NEW cafe opening in a village near Worcester is starting to take form.
No.1 Brownes Way is currently being built in the village of Hallow, next to Ladygo Stores, off the A443.
Ladygo Stores has been a family-run business since the 1990s, and the café is being run by the same family.
The project is being taken on by the manager of Ladygo Stores, Thomas Baldwin, who is excited about the new venture.

Since early August, the work has come significantly increased at the site, with the building having expanded.
Mr Baldwin said: "It's going really well, I am really pleased with how things are going at the moment.
"We are still on track to open at the end of October which is really exciting.
"The builders are working really hard on the inside at the moment to get things ready.
"We have got our coffee machine on order so it is all coming together quite nicely."
Mr Baldwin said that he has also been receiving a lot of positive engagement from people who are eagerly anticipating the opening of the new cafe.
He said: "It has been really encouraging to see the positive reactions from the public. The feedback so far has been superb and a lot of people have been excited ahead of the opening.
"Everyone seems to want to know what kind of drinks and food we will be offering so hearing this is really positive.
"We want to really make sure we are doing everything right internally and the food and drink we are serving. It is all really exciting."

The business would be filling a gap in the village, which currently does not have a designated café.
Ladygo Stores has been a family-run business since the 1990s, and the café is being run by the same family.
Fencing is still in place around the perimeter of the building site as the work continues.
