A MAN charged with offences including assault, robbery, racial abuse and non-fatal strangulation has been banned from an Evesham road.
Craig Scarpellini, 30, of Harvey Road, was charged for an incident in Evesham on Saturday, September 2.
Scarpellini's full list of charges includes assault, robbery, racially aggravated offences, public order offences, non-fatal strangulation, and assault on an emergency worker.

The first hearing was heard today (Monday, September 4) at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court.
Scarpellini was granted conditional bail until Wednesday, November 8 where he is to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court at 10am.
As part of his bail, he must live and sleep each night at the given address and he has been prohibited from contacting three people.
He must also not enter Pershore Road in Evesham.
