A MAN has been charged with multiple offences including assault, robbery, racially aggravated offences and non-fatal strangulation.
Craig Scarpellini, 30, of no fixed abode, has been charged with an incident in Evesham on Saturday, September 2.
His full list of charges includes assault, robbery, racially aggravated offences, public order offences, non-fatal strangulation, and assault on an emergency worker.

He was remanded and is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (Monday, September 4).
