Clothing brand Seasalt Cornwall is set to open a shop in Malvern.
The company, which is headquartered in Falmouth, is thought to be taking over the former Boots store in Church Street.
Seasalt has job opportunities listed on its website for Malvern, including for an assistant store manager and a sales advisor.
And a spokesperson for the company confirmed the new store would be located in Church Street.
The old Boots store has been closed since March, just weeks after the pharmacy chain announced it was moving out of the town centre.
Boots had already opened a large new shop in the retail park.
Plans had also been approved to turn the property into two separate shops rather than one big unit, so it remains to be seen whether Seasalt would take over the whole thing.

Seasalt Cornwall began by selling workwear to fisherman, farmers and artists in Penzance but soon grew and started designing its own collections.
It now has more than 60 shops around the UK and Ireland and is one of Cornwall’s largest employers.
Seasalt wouldn’t be the first national chain to open a store in Malvern this year.
Premium clothing brand Crew Clothing opened up in the old Tourist Information Centre in February.
And bar group Loungers invested more than £1 million to open Alturo Lounge in the former Prezzo building in Bellevue Terrace in July.
Harriett Baldwin, the MP for West Worcestershire, said: “It is great to see more national high street retailers choosing to locate in Malvern and bring a fresh flavour to the local shopping experience.
“Great Malvern centre is thriving and since the reinvigoration of the old Bray’s department store, we have seen a strong presence of independent retailers and well-known brands.
“With three popular shopping centres in Great Malvern, Malvern Link and Barnards Green there is plenty of choice alongside some of the traditional high street retailers at the out-of-town retail park. Malvern’s buzz is definitely back.”
Cllr Beverley Nielsen, portfolio holder for economic development and tourism at Malvern Hills District Council, said: “It’s great to be able to extend a very warm welcome to Seasalt as the latest brand to join Malvern’s clothing offering.
“Whilst it may be inspired by the Cornish coast, its wide and stylish range has much to offer us as avid hill walkers who enjoy strolling through both our beautiful countryside and town centre during all seasons.
“I’ve been greatly impressed by this beautiful clothing and I imagine fellow residents and visitors alike will find much to their taste too!
“The arrival of this brand says much about the town’s ‘buoyant’ trading conditions, the fantastic work of all our traders in making it so enticing, the upturn in visitors since Covid and the reputation which we’re gaining as a ‘magnificent staycation gem’.”
