The following cases were heard at Worcester Magistrates Court recently. 

 

Dad-of-one Liam Coulthard, of Liverpool Road, Worcester, has been given a final chance to prove he can be rehabilitated after being caught driving while disqualified again.

The 29-year-old committed the offence in an Audi in Hetherington Rise, Worcester, in July this year.

Magistrates gave him a suspended sentence and warned him any repeat would see him go to jail.

Conrad Stewart damaged a random stranger's car on Christmas morning.

The 31-year-old caused hundreds of pounds of damage to the car at 2.20am on December 25 last year, when the owner was asleep. 

Stewart, of Oakham Green, Droitwich, was fined and ordered to pay compensation to the victim of more than £1,000.

Kain Simmonds, 20, jailed for taking part in a riot in Bristol went on a rampage in Worcester after moving to the city. 

Simmonds caused the damage when he was living at the Foresters YMCA accommodation. 

His rampage included upturning a washing machine and dryer, putting holes in the plaster of walls, smashing kettles and a resident's computer and "extensive graffiti". 

Simmonds, who has been remanded into custody, was given a conditional discharge.

Richard Walker, 58, of Cripplegate House, St Clements Close, suddenly bit a woman while the pair were on a sofa watching TV in a shocking unprovoked attack. 

Walker's 'forceful' bite left his victim with golf ball size swelling, according to prosecutors.

His case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report but magistrates stressed all options for sentencing were available in his case including jail.
