A 29-YEAR-old man will face sentence for a number of offence at the end of the month.
Bobby Smith, of Orchard Grove, Littleworth, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, (August 11) expecting to be sentenced for assault by beating and using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Both offences took place on February 6 this year in Worcester.
But at the start of the latest hearing Belinda Ariss, defending, explained to Deputy District Judge Daniel Church that Smith was facing another sentencing hearing for other offences at the end of the month.
She requested all cases were tied together with Aleigha Adams, prosecuting, agreeing this was the right way to proceed.
The judge told Smith to attend his sentencing on August 24.
Smith was given conditional bail.
