A CAR was on fire on private land near a Worcestershire village.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue was called out to the fire at land off of Neight Hill in Himbleton, at 4.23pm (Wednesday, August 9).
A crew from Droitwich found a petrol car well alight, and two firefighters put out the flames with one hose reel jet and a dry powder extinguisher.

Two firefighters wore specialist breathing equipment while extinguishing the flames.
There were no casualties from the fire and the crew left the scene at just after 6pm.
