A 37-YEAR-old man is due in court this week for speeding on the M5.
Marcus Grove was caught in a Volkswagen travelling at a speed exceeding the limit of 60mph on the M5 between Junction 4a and 6.
The offence took place on December 6 last year.
Grove, of Clifton Road, Weston-super-Mare, was found guilty by magistrates using the single justice procedure last month.
As Grove is facing disqualification, because the offence can lead to a maximum of six penalty points added to his licence, the case was adjourned for a further hearing to be held at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday, (August 11).
