ARTISTS are letting people peek behind the scenes during the largest art event in the county which now features 97 venues.
Worcestershire Open Studios is the county's largest free annual art event running between Saturday, August 19 and Monday, August 28.
Artists and other creatives will be welcoming the public into their studios, giving behind-the-scenes access to how they create their art.
There will be a range of artwork, including painting, sculpture, printmaking, jewellery, ceramics, photography, textiles and woodworking all on show.

From the 97 venues, 128 artists will be showcased, including 35 artists in Worcester, with all studios free to visit.
Richard Nicholls, of Worcestershire Open Studios, said the event would give the public an excellent opportunity to see the talent on their doorstep, to meet the artists and find out more about their art.
He said: “Artists will show how they work, the tools and materials they use and
answer any questions.
“The artists’ work will be on display with the chance to buy original art, many will have cards, prints, and gifts for sale too.
"Following the success of last year’s longer event, this year’s will
again be open over 10 days.
"This gives everyone more opportunity to see the artists
taking part.”
Jennifer Ng is a Worcester-based interdisciplinary artist working across Chinese ink painting, performance, installation, and participatory art.
She said: “I took part in Open Studios last year and still smile when I remember the visitors I had.
"This year I’ll be talking about my artistic processes, inspirations and my recently
completed art research.”
