The following cases were heard at Worcester Magistrates Court.

 

SAM GLEADALL, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing from a shop. 

The 37-year-old stole a bottle of Versace perfume, valued at £49.99, from TK Maxx in High Street, Worcester. 

Gleadall was given a six-month conditional discharge. 

No order for costs was made but Gleadall was told to pay a victim surcharge of £26. 

 

DANIELLE MCGARRITY, 31, of Chatcombe Drive, Worcester, denies racially abusing two alleged victims.

The 30-year-old appeared at the court when she was told to attend her trial, which is scheduled to take six hours on October 18. 

McGarrity was given unconditional bail.

 

RICHARD FIDOE, of Ashford Road, Worcester, was sentenced after admitting two charges of common assault and assault by beating.

Both offences took place in Worcester on June 12.

The 32-year-old was given a one-year community order which includes six months of alcohol treatment and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days.

Fidoe was also given a two-year restraining order preventing him contacting the victims.

TINA WORRALL, of St Paul's Hostel in Tallow Hill, admitted assault by beating.

The offence took place in Worcester in September last year.

The 51-year-old was fined £180 and told to pay costs of £400 and a victim surcharge of £72. 

 

TAYLOR SCARLE PEARSALL, 20, of Larkhill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, was found guilty in absence of receiving stolen goods in Kidderminster on March 12 last year. 

Scarle Pearsall had denied the offence but, after not appearing at court, magistrates found him guilty of stealing a Louis Vuitton bag worth £1,500.

Magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest.
