FANS have proven they will queue rain or shine for this Worcestershire bakery.

Three Bears Bakery was among the stalls taking part in Worcester Market today - and the weather has not put anyone off from queuing for some treats.

The bakery, run by Nicky Riley, was almost defeated by the weather this morning (Saturday) while setting up for the market.

Ms Riley said it had been such a busy morning for the bakery, and the rain had not deterred shoppers.

"I’m not gonna lie, setting up this morning almost defeated me," she added.

"But we’re here outside the Guildhall on Worcester High Street with all the Three Bears Bakery treats!

"The queue isn’t too long, so we’re hoping you’ll all still be venturing out despite the Great British weather!

"Happy Saturday, guys."

Previously, the Malvern bakery had caused a stir in Worcester city centre when dozens of people queued for their goodies.

Three Bears Bakery, based in Hanley Swan, also attends Great Malvern Farmers’ Market once a month.

The mum-of-three had previously spoken about how she had set up the business from her kitchen.

At the time, she said: “I started six years ago, baking from home.

“I had three young children, and the job I had at the time wasn’t ideal, so I started doing birthday cakes, and they proved popular.

“In lockdown, the parties stopped, so we started doing brownies, blondies, cookies etc and delivering them locally. That’s when we grew massively.

“People wanted to have their treats so that we would do ‘knock and run’ street deliveries.”
