A YELLOW weather warning for thunderstorms has been issued in Worcester.
Thunderstorms have been predicted on Wednesday (August 2) by Met Office.
The weather service warns there could heavy showers and thunderstorms developing tomorrow which may cause some flooding and travel disruption.
The warning runs from 9am to 7pm across the central part of the UK, including Worcester.
Although temperatures could reach as high as 19C, the day will start off with light rain and sunshine at 9am.
There will be heavy rain between 12 and 1pm which will be followed by showers until 6pm.
However, there will be sunny intervals throughout the day.

The Met Office warns there may be some damage to a few buildings and structures from lightning strikes
There is also a good chance driving conditions will be affected by spray, standing water and/or hail, leading to longer journey times by car and bus.
Delays to train services are possible while some short term loss of power and other services is likely.
