AN EMERGENCY services presence has been filmed on a road near the Worcester city centre.
The video, submitted to the Worcester News, shows multiple emergency service vehicles with blue flashing lights parked on Lowesmoor Tier, at the bottom of Rainbow Hill.
The video was filmed at approximately 1am this morning (Sunday, July 23).
We have contacted West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police for more information.
