A SMALL animal was rescued by firefighters after becoming stuck in a chimney in Worcester.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were called to Dart Road at approximately 3.27pm yesterday (Thursday, July 13).
There was a report of a small animal that had become trapped in a chimney, and on arrival, the crew from Worcester Fire Station discovered it was a magpie.

The bird was safely rescued by the crew using small tools.
