THE condition of a woman who was fighting for her life in hospital has improved - but she has been left with potentially life-changing injuries.
A 68-year-old woman, along with two men, was hurt after a dog attack in a home on Boughton Avenue in St John's, Worcester this morning.
The woman, who has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, no longer has injuries considered life-threatening but her injuries are potentially life-changing.
A man was also rushed to hospital with serious injuries, while another was also injured but declined to go to hospital.
Two ambulances, two paramedic officers and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham were sent to the scene at 9.11am this morning.
Officers had given first aid to two of the people before paramedics arrived.
The dog was dead when officers arrived.
