A WORCESTER teenager faces a charge of driving without due care and attention.
Zain Khan, of Perry Wood Walk, Worcester, denied the offence when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.
The 18-year-old is accused of driving a Skoda without due care and attention on London Road, Worcester, on December 4 last year.
Khan is accused by the prosecution of overtaking another vehicle on the bend of a single carriageway while over the speed limit.
Khan entered his plea when he appeared at the court on July 5.
Magistrates told Khan to attend his trial which was scheduled for October 27.
