A PENSIONER has been told not to urinate or defecate in a public place by police.
Andrew Wilcox, 64, from Malvern, has been given a criminal behaviour order after failing to comply with a CPN.

Prohibited from:
🚫 Entering Co-op, Worcester Rd.
🚫 Entering Waitrose, Edith Walk

He has been prohibited from entering Co-op on Worcester Road and also Waitrose on Edith Walk.
As part of the CBO, he has also been ordered to not urinate or defecate in any public place apart from public toilets.
