SUMMER is here which means we can take part in our favourite activity - pick your own fruits.

There are plenty of fields around Worcester and nearby towns and villages offering fruits you can go and pick yourself.

Here is a list of some of the places you can PYO:

Clive's Fruit Farm 

Distance from Worcester city centre(drive): 21 minute drive.

 

Address: Upper Hook Road, Upton upon Severn, Worcestershire, WR8 OSA.

Visitors will be able to pick strawberries, raspberries and cherries opened on Thursday (June 29) between 10am to 4pm.

This farm is a family-run fruit farm since 1911 and won the Three Counties Best Farm Shop award for 2022.

Bell's Farm Shop

Distance from Worcester city centre (drive): 20 minutes 

Address: Chadwick Bank, Stourport-on-Severn DY13 9SA

This farm shop has over 40 acres of a wide variety of fruit and vegetables for visitors to pick.

The farm is open between 9am and 5pm, seven days a week.

Stanleys Farm Shop

Distance from Worcester city centre (drive): 30 minutes

Address: Fishers Castle Farm, Sandy Ln, Harvington, Kidderminster DY10 4NF

During the summer months, visitors will be able to pick a wide range of fruit and vegetables at this farm.

People will be able to pick their own strawberries between Tuesday to Saturday between 10am to 4.30pm and on a Sunday between 10am to 12.45pm.

Hayles Fruit Farm 

Distance from Worcester city centre (drive): 55 minutes

Address: Hayles Fruit Farm, Winchcombe, Cheltenham GL54 5PB

Visitors will be able to pick their own strawberries between 9am and 5pm every single day of the week.

There is no need to book, visitors can just pop into the farm shop on arrival.
