WORCESTERSHIRE County Council has given a date for when one of Worcester's busiest roads may reopen.
Severn Trent has been working to fix a burst water main on Barbourne Road since Wednesday (June 21) - a complex job that has caused traffic chaos within the city.
The council have now revealed that work is finally coming to an end, and the road is expected to be open on Friday.
Kerb work is set to continue tomorrow, and resurfacing will start on either Wednesday or Thursday.
