A WORCESTERSHIRE pub known for its large garden has hit the market.
The Gardeners Arms in Vines Lane, Droitwich, has gone up for sale on Rightmove.
The Georgian-style public house has two bars, a two-bedroom accommodation, a large garden split into seven sections that can fit around 150 people and two covered trading areas.
It is being sold for £375,000.

A spokesperson for the pub said the landlady and landlord are looking to retire and hope the watering hole can remain a pub for the foreseeable future.
In December, a plan to build new homes next to a pub was put forward.
In the plans, two new homes would be built in the garden of The Gardener’s Arms.
The application said the town watering hole would return to a ‘wet pub’ – serving only drinks – with a large part of the site’s outdoor space turned over for new housing.
The plan has been redrawn since first being submitted more than a year ago, with the original idea to build four homes – including two three-bed homes – reduced to two homes.

Conservation officers at Wychavon District Council have come out against the plan saying that while there had been “considerable improvements” made compared to 12 months ago, the application did not contain anything to justify losing the grounds of a building with “local significance.”
A statement included with the application said: “The site is situated on the northern side of Vines Lane in Droitwich, which itself is north of the town centre.
“Vines Lane is predominately a residential road in a sustainable location with two-storey dwellings, with a number of planning applications approved of a similar nature as infill development in the road over the last ten years.
The plan is still pending review.
