A POPULAR food market returned to Worcester City Centre this weekend.
Worcester Vegan Market returned to the city centre on Saturday, June 24, featuring a host of vegan street food vendors, artisan bakers, craft brewers, ethical jewellers and more.
The event was held between 11am and 6pm, and was attracting lots of interest from shoppers and people passing by.
One of the vendors at today's event was Shirleen Dhaliwal-Davies, of Auntie's Indian Inspired Cusines and Condiments.

She said: "The business is based in Coventry, so not too far away. But I always love coming to Worcester and the Vegan Market is one of the best events to come down to."
Auntie's was serving some much-loved Indian snacks including vegetable samosas and onion bhajis, as well as a unique apple crumble samosa fusing a popular Indian snack with a British beloved dessert.
Another vendor at the event was Jina King, of Wild as the Moon, who was excited to be at the event today.
She said: "So far I think everything is going really well, we have had a lot of people passing by and visiting the stall here.
"I always really enjoy coming to Worcester, everyone here is so lovely."
Sophie Scott, of the Pie Box, is a regular vendor at the Worcester Vegan Market, and she was happy to be back.
Another regular vendor is the popular Vausages, run by Reiss Seymour and Zerline Long, which serves a variety of vegan hotdogs.
Cllr Louis Stephen, Mayor of Worcester, was also in attendance at the event and said that a "niche" event like the vegan market is a great way of bringing trade to the city centre.

He said: "It is fantastic, I can see lots of people looking at stalls and they really seem to be enjoying themselves.
"A vegan market is still quite a niche thing, and it is a great way to get people into the city centre.
"You do not see these things everywhere else and having vegan stalls is a great way of showing what our values are here in Worcester.
"I wish everyone full success for today and the future."
