A 25-YEAR-old man who smeared faeces over the spy holes of a cell door is waiting to learn his sentence.
Worcester magistrates heard Kyle Francis' new offences during his latest court appearance on Thursday, (June 22).
Francis, of Wylds Lane, Worcester, admitted criminal damage and assault by beating of an emergency worker.
The court heard both offences took place on May 31 this year.
Francis assaulted PC Hearn and smeared the faeces on the spyhole used to look into the cell when he was in custody.
Eleanor Peart, prosecuting, explained to magistrates Francis was already awaiting sentence for another offence of assaulting an emergency worker.
The prosecutor said that case had been put off for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

But probation service representative Jayne Stewart told the court since there had been three attempts to interview Francis for the report - but the defendant had not taken part in any.
"We wouldn't be offering any more," the representative added.
Mark Turbull, defending, asked for his latest offences to be tied in with the other case, so that all matters could be sentenced as a whole.
Kevin Lloyd-Wright, chairman of the magistrates bench, told Francis they agreed with that assessment - telling Francis to return to court for sentence on July 3.
Francis, who given unconditional bail, was warned if he did not attend he could be arrested.
The defendant was also warned if he committed any further offences in the meantime his sentence would be greater.
Kyle Francis ran straight into arms of police officer in theft offence
We reported on Francis when he appeared at the court earlier this year.
In that case Francis stole a basket of stolen items from Tesco Express in London Road - but ran straight into the arms of a waiting police officer.
Magistrates fined him £90 which was added to the hundreds of pounds the defendant already owes the courts from past offending.
In 2020 he was also in court after Francis was caught stealing knives and grooming products from Wilko and having Class A drugs.
