Mr Osorio has emphasised the atmosphere, the team's enthusiasm, music and passion will stay the same, but they want to look more fresh and professional.
The new project will take place in the evenings when the business is closed so the cafe's opening hours are not affected.
Mr Osorio and his wife, Sandra Velesco, will work on the project together and pick up the paintbrush whenever possible.
The refurbishment and rebranding is hoped to be completed by the end of July.
Francini Cafe De Colombia went viral after one of its refurbishments during the covid pandemic when they installed shower curtains to divide the tables.
Mr Osorio had bought 35 shower curtains and invested in a humidifier to purify the air at the cafe, ready for when customers returned to his business.
Francini Cafe De Colombia has been Worcester's top-ranked cafe for three years running on TripAdvisor.
Mr Osorio gets the coffee beans from his own farm in Colombia, which is 50 to 60 square miles.
He grows various beans on his farm, which he can cultivate because of the range in altitudes.
The farm produces about 30 tonnes of coffee per year.
The business offers traditional coffee - cappuccino, latte, mocha, flat white, espresso, milkshakes, smoothies, soft drinks, and a range of teas, including English breakfast and Earl Grey.
