A WOMAN has died after a crash near a motorway junction.
The 49-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries and died in hospital yesterday (June 21).
A black Mini One car crashed with a tree on the eastbound carriageway of A38 from junction 4 of the M5 on Tuesday (June 20) just after 7am.
Police are urging potential witnesses to come forward with any more information after the fatal crash in Rubery.
PC Ben Allchurch said: "Our thoughts are with the woman’s family and friends at this sad time.
"I would like to appeal for any witnesses to the collision to come forward or anyone who was passing through the area around the time of the collision who may have dash-cam footage."
